Introduction

My name is Nicole Agadoni, and this is my first attempt at blogging! This is my third year at Georgia State University. I'm an Early Childhood Education major and an Educational Psychology minor with the hopes of one day becoming an Elementary school teacher and/or counselor. The remainder of my time is spent waiting tables at Bone Garden Cantina, an authentic Mexican restaurant and tequila bar.

Also, my cat, Bean, is the love of my life.

I am familiar with many of the commonly used Web tools. I use Facebook, Tumblr, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, Flickr, Twitter, and I used to use Myspace. Although these sites are often accessed for entertainment purposes, I have found them useful in many other situations. I've used Facebook to form study groups and communicate with my classmates. I've used YouTube to view videos for classes, research topics for assignments, and many tutorials have helped me resolve tricky situations. As an Education major, Pinterest has been incredibly helpful with endless ideas for crafts and projects. I've used Instagram and Flickr to edit and find new photos for various presentations. I feel incredibly grateful to have access to the technology and tools that our generation has to offer!

  1. I find it interesting that you use Facebook for study groups. I would like to know more about that...

    1. We all add each other and set up a time that we can get on to work on study guides together via Facebook Chat before big tests. I've only done this with a couple difficult math classes, but it has been very effective.
